In our commitment to provide beautiful, long lasting winding equipment, Volta® expressly warrants that it will repair or replace the winding piece, free of charge, if it fails due to any manufacturing defect during the first year beginning from the original date of purchase.For expedited warranty service, Volta recommends that you register your Volta® winding piece once you receive it. Volta® will repair or replace any malfunctioning winding piece within the first year of purchase, unless the cause of malfunction is caused by: 1.Failure to follow recommended winding procedures.  2. Physical abuse, accidents, or misuse. 3. Exposure to excessive heat. 4. Faulty or improper installation.

This warranty is extended to the original owner and may be transferred or assigned. A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. If ownership is transferred and warranty repair is needed, the new owner will need to submit the original proof of purchase in order to qualify for the remainder of the original warranty. Once transferred, the new warranty will be valid for the balance of the original warranty.

Volta®’s obligation is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the products purchased hereunder, including reasonable and necessary labor charges. Please keep in mind that shipping charges may apply.
No other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are made by this warranty except for those expressly provided herein. Under no circumstances shall Volta® beliable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the product, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.


This warranty entitles the purchaser to specific legal rights. Other rights may also be available, which may vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitations of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. To know what your legal rights are, consult your local state consumer affairs office or your state’s Attorney General.
